RABIES VACCINE:
Give vaccine and HRIG
Give vaccine: 1 ml IM or deltoid or thigh on days 0, 3, 7, 14
Give HRIG: 20 units/kg on day 0
HRIG is not useful after day 7 of vaccine or if they had it before
Clean wound with soap and water
Tetanus shot required if it has been at least 10 yrs since booster

SNAKE BITES:
Do not cut venom
Do not suck out venue
Do not ice
Transport to healthcare facility
