DRESS	Clothing - Smart Casual for outdoor work
	Shoes - Safety shoes to be warn at all times while on Duty.
	Reflectors - when performing job in public place a reflector should be worn
FIRE HAZARD	A fire extinguisher should be installed at every repeater where there is no existing building fire extinguisher. All engineers should be trained and know how use the fire extinguisher.
FIRST AID	Every vehicle should have a first aid pack at all times in case of emergency.

ACCESS POLICY

Strictly raha staff offence to bring non staff to repeater.

RESPONSE TIME POLICY	Engineer in charge should at to a site within the allocated time depending on fault ;
	(1) Repeater down - attend to the site IMMEDIATELY.
	(2) Radio Sectors down - (where clients are picking from are down.) Attend to the site IMMEDIATELY.
	(3) Backup radio - Attend to the site IMMEDIATELY
	(4) Power Down - Attend to the site IMMEDIATELY.
	(5) Power monitor down - Attend to the site after 6 hours.

DUTY POLICY

All engineers will be expected to be on call. A rota of engineers on shift will published every month. And should be Strictly adhered to...

SPARE STOCKING POLICY	There should be spares for repeater components available all the time. There Spares should be stored at a central location accessible to all preferably NOC or Data Center
