Projects v Operations

Projects and operations differ primarily in that operations are ongoing and repeta­tive, while projects are temporary and unique.
Projects may include
Developing a new product
Effecting a change in structure, staff or style of org
Design of a vehicle
Developing / aquiring new or modified inform­ation system
Constr­ucting a building or facility
Running a campaign
Responding to a contract
Implem­enting a new process
