The ticket system through nCino is in place that can be accessed by either the “Submit a Request” or “Report an Issue” buttons. This is a great tool for tracking purposes and to see where we can improve our processes and become more efficient. Included in this job aid are higher volume submissions that with some additional context can help empower the user to resolve without waiting on the nCino Admin team.
