5x can be obtained by breaking open the cracked, glowing statue in a field with Trolls south of Warmas­ter's Shack, along with a Smithing Stone [2].
3x on a corpse laying in a circle with other bodies and chairs southeast of Stormhill Shack.
2x found on a corpse lying on the ground at the Saints­bridge
1x on the anvil beside Merchant Kale in the Church of Elleh.
1x on a corpse hanging off the edge of the Agheel Swamp bridge.

Found behind Fort Gael, on a body between two Flame Chariots.
  

Liurnia Smithing Stones :

 
Go to liurnia from the side way of Stormhill Castle

Smithing Stones 2:

Smithing stone 2s can be easily found here in Liurnia, with three spawning in each gazebo south of the academy. Altern­ati­vely, you can buy them with the bell bearing you get from the Raya Lucaria tunnel.

Smithing Stones 3:

Smithing stone 3s are very similar to the previous, with them spawning in groups of three in liurnia.

Leyndell Smithing stones 4

Found in a chest in the first hidden chamber of the Sealed Tunnel, accessed by hitting the western wall past the Site of Grace. Drop down into the lower section and look to the west to find the chest.

Smithing Stones 5

6x can be found in the Altus Tunnel ( Leyndell )
8x can be found inside the Sellia Crystal Tunnel. ( Caelid - warp from dragon burnt ruins )
5x can be found inside the Sealed Tunnel. ( Leyndell )
