Powering the Console
The PS4 can be turned on by doing one of the following:
- Press the PS button on any of the controllers.
- Press the power button on the left side of the console where the power indicator light is located.
- Press the power button on the VR headset's controls. |
Turning Off the Console
There are two ways to power down the console:
- With a DUALSHOCK®4 controller, press and hold the PS button, navigate to the Power menu, and select Enter Rest Mode.
- Press and hold the Power button on the left-hand side of the console's front until you hear a beep. |
