Section 1: Active Painter Criteria

Overview of Active Painter Steps
An active painter must meet three key requir­ements to be eligible for bonus points:

Painters must officially register for the program.

Regist­ration must be verified and accepted by the program admini­str­ators.
Within 5 days after regist­ration
Step 3: Make a Purchase
Painters must complete a purchase within 30 days of regist­ration.
Within 30 days of regist­ration
Timeline Example:
• A painter registers on November 17th.
• They must be approved by November 22nd.
• The purchase must be made by December 17th.
  

Section 2: Bonus Points System

Eligib­ility Criteria
• Painters who complete the following within the period (November 17th - December 30th) are eligible:
1. Complete regist­ration
2. Get approved
3. Make a qualifying purchase within the first 30 days
Bonus Points Reward
• 100 Bonus Points will be awarded to eligible painters after they complete all the steps.
Encour­agement for Painters
• To earn bonus points, painters must complete the purchase step. Encourage them to make a qualifying purchase before the 30-day deadline.

Section 3: November & December Targets

Target Overview
• Goal: 35 active painters by December 30th.
• This is a trial run aimed at evaluating the system for next year.
Purpose of the Trial Run
• Testing the active painter system to ensure smooth operation in 2025.
• Monitoring the effect­iveness of the regist­ration, approval, and purchase steps.
 

Section 4: Important Notes

Complaint Handling
• Ensure all complaints from painters are addressed before the campaign starts to ensure a smooth process.
Call Center Issues
• Painters who have not received responses from the call center need to be tracked.
• Action: Share a list of painters with unresolved issues with [Your Name] for follow-up ASAP.

Section 5: Action Items

By End of November & December:
• Track and share a list of active painters who have met the criteria for bonus points.
• Ensure painters are added to the system so that bonus points can be awarded promptly.
Progress Monitoring
• Monitor progress toward the target of 35 active painters.
• Keep track of painter regist­rat­ions, approvals, and purchases.
End-of­-Month Tasks
• Report by end of November and December the list of qualifying painters.
• Ensure bonus points are processed and awarded correctly.
