Category 1- May cause death
Category 2- May cause SEVERE injury, illness, or damage
Category 3- May cause MINOR injury, illness, or damage
Category 4- May cause minimal threat

4 Subcat­egory of Mishap Probab­ility

Sub-ca­tegory A- Likely to occur immedi­ately or within a short period of time.
Sub-ca­tegory B- Probably will occur in time.
Sub-ca­tegory C- May occur in time.
Sub-ca­tegory D- Unlikely to occur.
