A contact ashore or the coastguard who can raise the alarm should you not call in |

Passage plan - what to include
The start and end point of your voyage, including any ports to be visited. |
Your ETA at each destination, along with an outside latest time of arrival. |
Proposed ports of refuge. |
Details on the type of vessel, number of crew, provisions etc. |
Details on the safety and communication equipment carried on board. |
When planning your passage remember to account for leeway and incorporate any extra time the trip may take due to leeway and tides.
