Futur Simple
Condit­ionnel
Futur simple is used to talk about an action that 'will' take place later
Condit­ionnel présent is used to talk about an action that 'could', 'would' or 'might' take place if conditions are met.

Si clauses

When using si or 'if' phrases to express a condit­ional statement use the following model.

Si je (present tense), je (futur simple)
Si je suis riche, j'achè­terai une auto
If I am rich, I will buy a car

Si je (impar­fait), je (condi­tionnel simple)
Si je étais riche, j'achè­terais une auto
If I were rich, I would buy a car
