PANCHO VILLA

1 ¾ oz. tequila – 123 añejo
Lemon Juice
2 drips of Orange Bitters
Cherry juice drizzle
A “wisper” of Mezcal
Thick orange wedge
Sugar cube
2 Cherri­es/­Orange Garnish
Muddle one sugar cube, orange slice and cherry.

Add squeeze lemon juice
1 3/4 oz 123 anejo tequila
Grapefruit bitters dash
Couple drips mezcal

Shake and strain into beer glass filled half with ice, cherry juice drizzle and cherry/ orange garnish

GINTONIC - Beer Glass

1 ¾ oz. tarragon gin
Squeeze grapefruit juice
Slice of grapefruit
Few dashes grapefruit bitters
Tonic
1. In beer glass add grapefruit slice and then ice
2. 1 3/4 oz tarragon gin
3. Squeeze grapefruit juice
4. Few dashes grapefruit bitters
5. Top with tonic

WHITE SANGRIA - Chimney Glass - Build Cocktail

½ oz. Well Rum
½ oz. Peach Liquor
½ oz. Triple Sec
Gazella (Vinho Verde)
1. Add rum, Trip Sec, peach liquor, lemon juice to chimney glass
2. Fill glass with ice
3. Top off with House White – Gazella
4. Garnish with Sangria fruit

Mint Julia — (“Cons­tan­tine”) Chimney Glass

1 3/4 oz Bourbon -Maker's Mark
Splash of Simple Syrup
Mint
Crushed ice
Sugar cube
Peach liquor float
Squeeze of lime juice
1. Smash ice in tin
2. Muddle lime, sugar cube, and mint.
3. Place uncrushed ice in shaker
4. Add bourbon, simple syrup, and muddled ingred­ients to shaker
5. Shake well and strain over a tall glass filled with crushed ice
6. Top with peach liquor
7. Lime wedge garnish
 

LEMONADE

1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup simple syrup
Fill will soda from bar

MARGARITA

1 3/4 oz. Tequila
Top with Lime Juice
1 3/4 oz. Triple Sec
Shake ingred­ients with ice or blend ingred­ients with crushed ice.
Serve in a salt-r­immed glass.
Garnish with a Lime Wheel.

MANHATTAN

2 oz. American or Canadian Whisky
splash Sweet or Dry Vermouth
Dash Angostura Bitters
Stir ingred­ients in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a Cherry.

MARTINI

2 oz. Gin
Dash Extra Dry Vermouth
Shake or stir Gin and Vermouth with ice.
Strain and serve in a cocktail glass straight up or over ice.
Garnish with a twist or an Olive.

NEGRONI

1 ¾ oz. Campari
1 ¾ oz. Gin
1 ¾ oz. Vermouth
Stir Campari, gin, and vermouth in an ice-filled tumbler
Garnish with orange slice
