Before Pivoting: Prep the Data

Ensure all columns have a header
Remove blank rows
Standa­rdize Yes/No and Category Fields
Trim Leadin­g/T­railing Spaces
Set to correct data type
Ensure formulas are consistent
Add helper­/gr­ouping columns
Format range as Excel Table
