we use adverbs of manner to describe (bijvo­eglijk naamwoord) how we do something

affirm­ative
i/you/­we/they have to wear a uniform. she/he has to wear a uniform.
negative
i/you/­we/they don't have to go to school. he/she doesn't have to go to school
 

must/m­ustn't

affirm­ative
i/you/­she­/he­/it­/we­/they must come to class.
negative
I/you/­she­/he­/it­/we­/they mustn't eat in the classroom.
