Mouse

Mouse seeking
Ctrl (double press)
Higlight area around mouse in and darken other space
Mouse Higlighter
Win + Shift + H
After left-c­lick, yellow dot appears under cursor
Mouse Crosshair
Win + Alt + P
Crosshair appears around cursor
 

Text tools

Extended Paste
Win + Shift + V
PowerToys menu appears with 4 options: paste as plain text, JSON, Markdown or paste from clipboard buffer.
Text Extractor
Win + Shift + E
Extract and copy text from any place from screen
