Abdominal pain, Rapid shallow breathing, fatigue, etc.

Nursing Interv­entions

Monitor for weight loss
DC 48 hours before an after contrast dye is admini­stered
May be used to prevent DM (espec­ially in obese patients.)
Monitor renal function
